However some of them is not catergorized as MNC as well.Do you know what is the BASIC requirement to be a MNC?

I believe you don't.If not you won't list out those "MNC" ...

Okay,i think you have misunderstood my point here.Or maybe i mislead you as well.I work in Japan for number of years.My English Language is not good.

Now am in China,will go to Taiwan as well.I will personally ask SRS Labs Management whether they will refer to reference or not when interview sessions.Don worry,i will mention your name as well.

CEO do interview candidate(Top Management) and not a small potetoes (Low level Management) - don get the wrong idea...

But The Top Management of the SRS Labs is in US, you have to go to US, but surely let me know if they really need a reference, I can provide one, coz right now the Finance minister of Taiwan was my University teacher when I was in College there....I can write his name as reference...:)

Please tell me which companies are not an MNC and tell me the name of your dream company, i mean your company.

One more things, seriously I dont know what is the BASIC requirement to be a MNC? But If possible please share it with us, so that in future if I plan to start my own company, I can read your requirement post and can proceed further.
